Pernwill feel court was unfairly/ Pernwill false accused of attempt to Murder the farmer.

PERNWILL Nieuwoudt from Citrusdal feels Court Handled his cases unfairly.

As the Cases are pending and some as Nully prosecute, worried Mr Pernwill of Justice.

After explaining that this was deliberate that intimate the life of Pernwill Nieuwoudt on a farm called Allandale in Citrusdal. 

Many threats and forms of intimidation as to quiet the activist to speak up the truth among the brutality. 

He as Mr Nieuwoudt was assaulted 2 times on the farm and he is accusing of planning to Murder the farmer which is false.

The Court sees only one side and truth is busy to be revealed in Court as there was incident from the other party hidden from the Court in order to mislead the Court.

Opening Cases at police is failing when it Concerns his opposition party,  after forcing Mr Nieuwoudt with invalid high Court letters as a form of threatening him.

Therefore no clarity is made as why would someone be accused of murder a farmer but the farmer on the farm blackmailed Mr Pernwill Nieuwoudt father.

Very sensitive issue in a small town of Citrusdal.

Only when Pernwill asked the farm to fix drain issues at house, as father was paying more than 70K illegally, breach of Contract and intimidate the Nieuwoudt family. 

A well Christian background,  a cheerful and caring person falsely  accused that he wanted to kill the farmer,as it was a way taking advantage of the Court to grant an interdict order.

It raises more concern that injustice will continually affect this Citrusdal community when farmer handled workers in unfair manner that effect a household. 

Reason why you would stated that a person is busy with Criminal behavior as you are aware of a person's actions and to prevent crime, its needs to be reported but Many reports all failed.

The Police of Citrusdal are very sensitive and dealing unfairly when it comes to farmers that overstep the law.

Raised more concerns of injustice and that is reasons why crimes increase in local areas because of these factors that leads to many questions. 

NO EVIDENCE WAS HANDED IN HOW I WOULD MURDER.

PERNWILL PHONE S DATE WAS SET BACK AS THE NORMALLY ISSUES WITH WHATSAPP BUSINESS VERSIONS, BUT ITS RAISED CONCERN AND NEGLECT OF INVESTIGATIONS THAT WERE STATED SUCCESSFULLY DONE BUT NO REPORT FROM THE FORENSIC EXPERTS.
