PERNWILL Nieuwoudt from Citrusdal feels Court Handled his cases unfairly. As the Cases are pending and some as Nully prosecute, worried Mr Pernwill of Justice. Having and argruments on South African challenges facing lists of corruption and oppressing the vulnerable people of South Africa.  People mostly suffer and tried to survive in this most challenging part of their life. I want to write about the unfairness and struggles of Farms. The point of What is Constitutional arent really matter of must but it's favours ruling Class. Poor people and most innocent people being treated unfairly.  As its the down fall a Country when Bribing and corruption rules the Country. In many cases the Justice System is failing us. With potential challenges whisle blowers and Journalism faces when they light out the real truth. For me as an South African, life is unfairly in many ways when things goes on which is not in law.
